Coaching Services
At Exploring Divergence, coaching offers practical, forward-focused support for neurodivergent adults navigating identity, executive functioning, career growth, and life transitions. We help you build strategies that align with your values, work with your brain (not against it), and create space for clarity, connection, and change.
We specialize in working with individuals who identify with or relate to traits of ADHD, autism, or other forms of neurodivergence — including those who are self-diagnosed or still exploring their identities. Our approach centers your lived experience, strengths, and goals without pathologizing your mind or your process.
Coaching is available to clients across the U.S. and internationally and is conducted through virtual sessions.
Coaching Support for Neurodivergent Professionals, Parents, and Creatives
