It sucks to feel broken.
I get it, your brain works so fast it’s impossible to get your thoughts organized.
All the distractions and the inability to communicate clearly makes every day feel like an overwhelming rollercoaster ride of chaos.
It’s time to take control of you.
Exploring Divergence (originally Seattle Compassionate Counseling) was founded on the principle that those who live with neurodiversity are often misunderstood and deserve to be treated with integrity and respect.
Through my own lived experience, I recognize how much pain can be caused when you don’t know or understand how to work with your own brain and body.
I know how demoralizing it can feel when you keep trying to fix problems, but you don’t understand what’s the cause or what to do about it.
Exploring Divergence is a safe, supportive space where you can feel comfortable to move through and overcome the negative impact of the everyday traumas of life.
A place where there is no shame in feeling different. A place where differences are explored and strengths are built upon.
