With over 15 years of experience in counseling, psychology, and health, I offer a wealth of knowledge and expertise in ADHD and neurodivergence. My background includes diagnosing and treating various mental health and substance use disorders. Holding a BA in Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, & Creative Expression, along with an MA in Mental Health Counseling & Behavioral Medicine, I bring a comprehensive understanding to my practice. Having worked as a methadone counselor in Boston for two years, I possess practical experience in addiction treatment. My journey as a neurodivergent adult enables me to connect with clients facing complex challenges that may not fit traditional labels, thus offering a fresh and unique perspective in the field of mental health and wellness. My strategic skill lies in crafting innovative, personalized strategies that tackle complex mental health issues, leading to transformative client outcomes.
